Claude Security now scans your code continuously
Why it matters
Anthropic's Claude Security no longer waits for someone to start a scan: after a deep baseline scan, it keeps scanning repository changes based on their risk and complexity. A project can span multiple repositories (up to eight) to catch issues that live between services. Findings are marked fixed when the fix lands, even if it was fixed outside Claude, and reopen automatically if the issue returns. Claude writes a threat model from your code that your team can edit, rates each finding's severity and explains how an attacker could reach the code, and findings flow out through a new API, webhooks and an MCP connector in Claude.ai and Claude Code. Anthropic says thousands of organizations have found over a million vulnerabilities with it since its public beta began in April. It is in public beta for Claude Enterprise, with $25,000 in free usage credits a month for two months. Caveat: scans are stochastic by design, so two scans of the same code can return different results.
